And in June 2024, Devinski Patrick Tunggadewa had found his way to Las Vegas, Nevada where on June 20th, he stabbed several people on two different transit buses before being arrested. He is currently in the Clark County Detention Center on $1 million dollars bail with his next court date on July 9th.
If you mean from Guam then no. Guam is an unincorporated territory of the United States. If he was born there than he is a U.S. citizen and could travel to the U.S. mainland unimpeded. So this would not be an issue of criminal illegal immigrants but more about mental health. I’m definitely not condoning what he did but it’s apparent that he suffers from some type of mental illness.
This very dangerous person shouldn’t have been on the streets after the 2021 attack. These judges and prosecutors are way too soft on violent criminals.

Yes he stabbed my brother on the bus. He has severe spinal injury and is currently learning how to walk all over again.
