Maybe they’re just really busy. Maybe it’s taking time to find the answers. But, for the past week, we’ve been asking Adelup and GMH whether:
1. Certain cabinet members have received pay raises
2. Adelup staff have received pay raises
3. GMH has fallen behind on gross payroll..
…and for nearly a week, Adelup and GMH have been unable to deny any of these claims.
Let’s hope this just is a transparency issue, and that pay raises to highly-paid political appointees aren’t happening as GMH struggles with cash, and while rank and file employees are waiting for their 22 percent, their outstanding merit bonuses, and their overdue increments.
