Effective May 31st, BankPacific is waiving all ATM surcharge fees.
ATM surcharges are fees charged for the use of a bank’s ATM by a customer of another bank.
This will allow the access to more ATMs for all of our island’s community.
BankPacific Guam ATMs are located at:
• BankPacific Tamuning and Dedeo offices
• Airport 76
• Ypao 76
• Ocean Vista 76
• Sun Plaza Circle K (Tumon)
• Shell Upper Tumon
The waiver is applicable to ATMs in Saipan and Palau also.
BankPacific will inform the public of when further ATMs become available.

The familia spirit runs deep here and we know that helping where we can is what we were bred to do. Because of this, personal loan and personal credit card payments will automatically defer for three calendar months regardless of account status for our customers in Guam and Rota. No action will be required by customers to take advantage of the payment deferral. Customers with scheduled automatic deductions or payments will need to arrange for those payments to pause during the deferral period. Customers who wish to continue making their regularly scheduled payments may do so.
Affected customers in Saipan and Tinian may request deferment arrangements at any of our branch locations or by emailing [email protected].
