Sen. James C Moylan has just announced on The Ray Gibson Show that he is seriously considering running to be Guam’s next congressman.
“Should Congressman San Nicolas run for Governor and that seat opens, then yes, it looks like we’ll be making that move,” Mr. Moylan told The Point 93.3 FM’s audience.
Moylan is a Republican, who has been an ally to democrat Congressman Michael San Nicolas.
