  • In my opinion this meeting and talks are premature as all should wait until the Trump Admin is sworn in and see what comes out on their agenda especially looking at his many new cabinet members and planned re-enactment and extensions on his former tax cuts that will be expireing and passing any new planned tax cut.

Also Fed funding cuts etc. Reportedly there will be very big Fed. cut backs on past funding, even as much is speculation a this time, but best to wait and see how much will affect the NMI and Guam instead of wasting time making plans that will have to be changed.

One thing for sure is that as has been stated that this H1B visa and the rest of the Fed work visa will be revamped.
This could also mean the end of the much abused CW1 program that is meant for non-skilled workers. Also which is NOT meant for any manpower companies.

Also what happened with the premature 902 talks? Where are they at this time?
In my opinion, as many had commented on, this was also premature due to the incoming new Admin.
