Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero, left, greets Staff Sgt. Frank Castro, right, and Spc. Donovan Camacho, center, of the U.S. Army First Corps at the Guam National Guard’s Fort Juan Muna in Dededo on Nov. 7. Castro and Camacho, who are originally from Guam, arrived on Nov. 3rd with First Corps to exercise the unit’s ability to quickly mobilize and communicate within the region.
“It makes me proud to be here – I love this place.” said Castro. “Just doing my part to give back to my island and my family, that’s what it’s all about.”
