A witness, who sent Kandit this photo, said that earlier Friday, a woman was rushed to the hospital with a head injury. According to the witness, police were in pursuit of a suspect, who they believe threw a cinder block at the woman’s head. Guam Police Department officials have yet to respond to Kandit’s inquiry for more information.
