$1,000 Reward for tips leading to the arrest of this man


The Department of Agriculture, Law Enforcement is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying the individual pictured above.

On August 21, 2021 Conservation Officers responded to a report of the illegal taking of a Sea Turtle at Alupang Beach Park. Conservation Officers received photos of this individual taking a Sea Turtle.

Conservation Officers want to remind the public that Under the Endangered Species Act, it is illegal to take, harass, harm, pursue, hunt, shoot, wound, kill, trap, possess, sell, import, carry or ship any endangered species. Violators can be fined up to $100,000 and face up to one year in jail.

There is a one-thousand-dollar ($1,000.00) reward for anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of this individual.

Department of Agriculture wants to remind the public this is our island, our resources and we need to protect them for our FUTURE.
