UPDATE: GIRL FOUND, HUFFMAN IN POLICE CUSTODY
Two-year-old Lucialyn Aflleje was located and his alive. Eugene Wayne Tudela Huffman, the man believed to have taken her this morning, is in police custody. This is according to a 5:19 p.m., February 11, 2024 update from the Guam Police Department.
Police are unable to provide further information, including whether the girl has been injured. Police spokeswoman Berlyn Savella said she is awaiting further details and that further assessments on the girl and investigation into her taking are ongoing.

AMBER ALERT ISSUED FOR 2-YEAR OLD GIRL IN THIS PICTURE • Guam Police Department

On February 11th, 2024, The Guam Police Department issued an AMBER Alert for a missing 2-year-old child, LUCIALYN AFLLEJE.
The child was last seen on February 11th, 2024, at approximately 10:05AM in the village of Dededo within the Chalan Kareta Street along Rt. 3. and is believed to be in immediate danger.
A person of interest in this case has been identified as EUGENE WAYNE TUDELA HUFFMAN (pictured here on the right). HUFFMAN was last seen leaving the area in a 2017 White Mitsubishi Lancer with license plate number 955 DP. He was identified as attired in basketball shorts colored black and white stripes and shirtless. His current location is unknown, and it is imperative that the child be located as soon as possible.
Preliminary investigations identify that Lucialyn was removed from her residence after a physical altercation occurred between HUFFMAN and a female victim. Lucialyn is the daughter of the female victim. There is no relationship between Lucialyn and Eugene.
DESCRIPTION:
LUCIALYN is described as approximately 3 feet tall, curly hair, dark complexion, brown eyes wearing turquoise sheer tank top with white shirt underneath, pampers, turquoise rubber shoes (Crocs) with pink strap, painted finger and toenails color purple. No scars or birth markings have been identified.
The Guam Police Department has activated the Domestic Assault Response Team and Personnel from the Special Operations Division. An All points Bulletin has been executed to all precincts and Law Enforcement Entities.
