My question to you governor is this? where the good governance? or responsible, accountable transparency government you talk about before being voted into office governor? what is Rota doing with Mr. Choi a North Korean criminal running a Rota Casino under your administration?

If this guy Choi is the same one with the Rota Casino, I would also question what happened to the Rota Gaming Comm. supossed background investigation on this person as IF this was actually performed this person should not have been allowed a Gaming license if any of the allegations are correct.
