The Commonwealth government has filed a tax lien against Torres Brothers LLC in federal court for nearly a quarter million dollars in taxes assessed and unpaid for tax years 2014 through 2019.
This is a separate lien from the one filed against Vincent Torres in January for about a million dollars in unpaid assessed taxes for the same period. Vincent Torres is former Governor Ralph Torres’s oldest brother and a partner in the Torres Brothers law firm.

I have it on good authority that ALL the law-practicing Torres Brothers graduated in the top 95% of their respective law school classes, and ALL attended Cooley High, a law school among the best 99.9% of law schools in America! In fact, they were such superstars right out of law school that they DIDN’T EVEN NEED TO CLERK FOR ANY JUDGES before entering private practice! With such stellar credentials, it is NO WONDER that they easily earned at least $4.73 million during this period (assuming maximum 5% BGRT on OS-3105) and also no wonder that they were SO BUSY PURSUING JUSTICE that they simply lacked the time to properly supervise their ever-negligent accountant, Accounty McAccountface, who lives in Canada and doesn’t use telephones or internet. Absolutely NONE of that $4.73 million was earned ILLICITLY, and certainly it is IMPOSSIBLE that these tax bills are coming up as a result of FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS. Don’t be like the WOKE LIBERALS who are now persecuting SAINT DONALD merely because he stood up against the corrupt FBI and dared to commit thirty-four America-loving FELONIES! What’s next? Will they go after Baskin-Robbins for having thirty-one American FLAVORS?

Yet from last known, nobody has filed any tax lien against IPI or files to enjoin in the auction of IPI equipment.
