According to an executive order she signed tonight, Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero will rescind her outdoor setting mask mandate 14 days after she certifies a low-risk coronavirus setting on the island. Fourteen days after that, if no need for retention of restrictions arises, the indoor public setting mask mandate will expire.
