Joshua Tenorio has formally announced his run for governor of Guam in 2026. The current lieutenant governor is the first to confirm his bid for the job amid a river of rumors of other democrats and republicans quietly vying.
He made the announcement at a political gathering at an Agat home Saturday night, flanked by Lou Leon Guerrero, Carl Gutierrez, the Tenorio family, and their supporters.
He said he will be filing his organizational report at the Guam Election Commission Monday in order for him to begin fundraising for his campaign.
He has not announced who his running mate will be.

We should be voting for ethical with high integrity like Mable for Table said. End this power play that only hurts the majority. Remember that to be elected to office one only need a few thousands of votes on a population of over 160,000.
