We are applying service credits to your account automatically as our commitment to you. 🎁 These credits will be applied to your July 2023 invoice for outages experienced from May 24 to June 30, 2023.

    Why are you not extended data caps past the 4th of July if the home services are not working? No cable, phone or internet at my residence since the storm. Customer service says no true date for technicians to come to residence to fix low hanging wires and no service at all in home. what is true to rectify these issues and for billing issues since the storm?
