Former Guam Governor Carl Gutierrez (seated at right) and forever First Lady Geri Gutierrez (standing third from right) represented the island in making a donation of face masks to Palau President Surangel Whipps, Jr. (seated third from left) and First Lady Valerie Whipps (standing behind the President) today. The donation was part of a tribute to the Republic of Palau’s 27th anniversary of independence. Pictured next to Mrs. Whipps is Bilung (Queen) Gloria Gibbons-Salii.
