Former congresswoman and longtime educator Leila Fleming Staffler has been appointed the acting Secretary of Labor by Gov. Arnold Palacios.
Mr. Palacios and Lt. Gov. David Apatang are in the process of filling their cabinet and staff while trying to get a handle on the mess of a broke government his predecessor, Ralph Torres, left them.
