GovGuam spends like a pimp at the club while cutting off struggling student scholars

While the University of Guam gave out two pay raises to its highly-paid non-faculty administrators and staff at the start of the pandemic while UOG WAS CLOSED…

While GovGuam has spent tens of millions awarding contracts to cronies for the most useless services and products…

While deputy director of the Guam Department of Agriculture Adrian Cruz went on a publicly-funded European junket to Madrid, Spain to see a museum exhibition…

While Sen. Telena Nelson went on a taxpayer-funded junket to Dublin, Ireland for a useless symposium…

While UOG’s dean of liberal arts treated himself and his staff to massages at the BengTeng Spa using public credit cards…

While Sen. Joanne Brown fights against paying back illegally-derived retroactive pay raises…

While an audit confirms the governor’s former legal counsel inappropriately conducted the illegal procurement of a hotel for millions of dollars in federal funds…

While Sen. Joe San Agustin wants to increase the amount of money GHURA’s board of commissioners makes for every meeting the commissioners attend…

While politically-favored non profit organizations get excessive grants of public funds without any procurement…

And all while GovGuam is charging every one of us 25 percent more in gross receipts taxes and doing next to nothing to collect cigarette taxes …

  • Only on Guam🤦‍♀️
Where America’s corruption begins! Wake up people, we are being taken for a ride.
Keep up the great work Kandit👍

  • I grew up on Guam in the 80s and the 90s from attending LBJ elementary school to graduating from UOG and I am very amazed how looking at the buildings I used to pass by when it was called Marine drive look so dilapidated except Dennys and Winchells. I am even surprised Subway is still there, I remember when that building was built. Looks as if no one cared to paint their buildings since I left 23 years ago. I do see some of the career minded senators I remember still hanging around. I think Mexico looks more civilized. Only if you can remember the good old days when Guam used to get a million tourists you will slap yourselves senseless for letting Guam fall apart, just looking on google map along marine drive look like a 3rd world country. I am not saying I could have done anything or neither you but I am pretty sad how the place I grew up look worse than half of the Caribbean island I have been to.
