The following information was provided by the Office of the Attorney General of Guam:

Defendants Curtis James Blas, Donovan Elliott Alianza Carriaga and Brandon James Flaherty have been indicted for Murder by a Superior Court Grand Jury. Carriaga and Flaherty also face a special allegation enhancement for the possession or use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. The trio are accused of killing Adam Messier in 2017.
