SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP. This video was taken today of a man in Piti, Guam beating his dog badly, which reportedly has been tied to a car for quite some time and is starving.
Because of the disaster response, it is difficult for the relevant government agencies to put any resources to this matter, though this has been reported to both the Guam Department of Agriculture and to the Governor’s Office. The Guam Police Department also is strained.
The place is along Route 1, Marine Corps Drive, Piti, near Toves Mart and next to Ocean Breeze Apartments.

“So when the dog gets loose it just hides under the car,” a Good Samaritan, who sent the video and information said. “It needs to be removed because it’s too scared to leave on its own since the guy drinks and abuses him every day.”

Huge thanks to the community and Kandit for immediately reporting this animal abuse! We must always be the voice for the voiceless animals. The dog has been safely removed and will never suffer such abuse ever again. Si Yu’os Ma’åse!
