Guam Governor Lou Leon Guerrero is assuring the public that the most utilized federal welfare programs are not being affected by the Trump freeze of federal financial assistance.
“Please remain calm, services will continue on as status quo,” Ms. Leon Guerrero said.
Her agencies are in contact with federal counterparts to determine the controversial freeze’s impact on local services.
