Sounds exactly like a place run by the only governor in the Leon Guerrero administration who knows how to bounce back from a typhoon: Carl Gutierrez.

But, mist of all YOU WERE IN THE FIELD WITH THE SUFFERING PEOPLE, GOV ENTITIES, AND ALL RESOURCES WERE ROLLED OUT N READY2GO U/RESOURCES ON THE GROUND CAME2THE YOUR PEOPLE OF GUAM NOW WHEREAS WE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN THIS TOGETHER WITH CURRENT GOV WE HAVE2SEEK HELP OURSELVES SAD but the TRUE REALITY IS THE POOREST OF STREETS(FROM YSENGSONG AFTER THE CORAL PIT STRIP, ENTIRE SWAMP RD, GIL BAZA SUBDIVISION ARE STILL IN THE DARK, still some no water And our present Gov.
