This is Sammie. Her owner, Jennifer Herbert, has been trying to find her for a year now. According to Jennifer, she left Sammie in the care of someone she knew – Efmina Moses – as Jennifer and her husband were working out their housing situation last year. When, according to Jennifer, she tried to reunite with Sammie, she could no longer reach Ms. Moses.
Jennifer eventually filed a report with the Guam Police Department’s Sinajana precinct. GPD spokeswoman Berlyn Savella confirmed the report with Kandit.
