I saw this man and his wife every week day at Mass in Agana. He was my co-worker in the Calvo administration, too. Most of you know him as the longtime U.S. District Court of Guam Judge John Unpingco. Mr. Unpingco, according to the Guam Bar Association and to Monsignor James Benavente, has died.
May the angels carry him into the arms of our Lord. Our prayers and love are with his sweet and loving wife, Annie.
