This coming Sunday you can show off your car at the East West Building in Upper Tumon, donate a toy that will be gifted to a student who lives in Yigo, and drink boba.
Hafatea, AGJ Imports, and HAFADAZE are presenting Cars & Boba Toy Drive on December 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., where they will collect your toy donations and give those toys to every student of Upi Elementary School, Daniel L. Perez Elementary School, and Machananao Elementary School. The student populations of these schools come from among the poorest families on the island.
The Cars & Boba Toy Drive is sponsored by Guam Military Auto Enthusiasts, Filth Mobile Detailing Co., TunerCulture, CAMM Sports, W5 Productions, Guahan Soldier, and Veterans for Life.
“The car meet portion of the event will feature raffles and giveaways for all who showcase their vehicle and contribute to the drive,” according to a news release from the event planners.
You don’t have to show off a car to help, either. You can just show up with a toy and donate it for a child.
Donors will receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win prizes throughout the event.
“Hafatea will be serving their best beverages and AGJ Imports will have great holiday deals available,” the news release states. HAFADAZE also will present their latest line of products.
