We’ve been critical of Guam Waterworks Authority’s management in the past, but throughout this disaster response, the GWA crews have really shined alongside their GPA counterparts.
GWA does not have a public information officer, so news and pictures of their efforts have gone relatively unnoticed.
To compensate, we gave a bunch of chicken and stuff to Gina Tenorio Call and her daughter Chloe, and they cooked up and delivered dinner to the crews Monday night.
If anyone wants to show their appreciation, you can find the crew at shift change around 5 pm on the second floor of its Upper Tumon facility.
Thank you, Gina and Chloe, for coming up this feast them. And thank you, GWA, for working so very hard you restore running water to the people ♥️🙌🏻
