The police are asking for your help to locate two men. Conen-James Chamberlyn is “wanted for questioning relative to incidents of Motor Vehicle Thefts, Burglaries, and other Thefts.”
Vance Jared Bamba is “a person of interesting for questioning relative to an attempted carjacking that took place in northern Guam, along with MULTIPLE incidents of Motor Vehicle Thefts, Burglaries, and other Thefts.”

Vance has also been arrested for family violence. WTF and the judge is planning to expunge his case. How does this help on stopping the violence? Does someone need to die from family violence again? I’m so glad I took my daughter away from Guam.
