The question is, what qualifications do GDOE one on one aids have for them to work with medically challenged children? Can anyone apply for these positions? These children require a caretaker to assist them on good and bad days. This is not an easy task, however it does not give anyone the right to abuse any child under their care regardless of their medical challenges. GDOE needs to rethink what qualification one must possess to care for our children. This is a major lawsuit waiting to happen.
