Jenny Son, owner of NCA beauty shop, needs your help to identify and find the man in this video, who slashed all four tires to her car.
Jenny is a wonderful Guamanian. She has overcome incredible odds, raised her children as a single mother building a business, employed scores of people through her salon, and contributed to the growth of her industry.
On a personal level, I grew up in Jenny’s neighborhood. Her kids and I played together in our humble corner of Tamuning, and she welcomed me into her home and her salon.
