Been to the Hospital numerous times visiting family members being treated for ailments, That place is so typical of Govt operated facilities, filthy, broken, overcrowded. My family member was placed in a hallway due to lack of rooms. If Gov Guam cannot take care of this hospital, what makes you think it will be different with the new hospital it plans to build. Look at all the schools the Govt runs, that have fallen into disrepair & are unsafe for our children. Get these facilities off Govt hands, everything it gets its hands on turns to crap.
