The attorney general has filed the highest form of rape charges against RayJohn Quichocho Lizama, 31, on allegations he repeatedly raped a young girl between May and August this year. According to the prosecutor in the case, Mr. Lizama admitted to at least three counts of sexual intercourse with the minor.
According to an affidavit of probable cause by sex crimes prosecutor Christine Tenorio, on August 17, a woman walked into her daughter’s bedroom to find her daughter lying on her bed, and Mr. Lizama standing by the bed with his penis exposed and the victim holding his penis.
The affidavit describes the victim’s statements to police, including that the alleged sexual assaults began in May, when Mr. Lizama allegedly rubbed the victim’s vagina. The sexual assault allegedly escalated the following month to digital penetration, then to oral copulation, then full vaginal penetration beginning in July.
“The Defendant then told the Victim to clean her vagina and demonstrated how she should clean it by inserting his finger into the Victim’s vagina and moving his finger in circles,” the affidavit states. “The Victim indicated that the Defendant put his penis in her vagina three more times after this incident.”
The allegations include that the last incident happened just Wednesday, August 16.
“The Victim was in her mother’s bedroom when the Defendant walked in and put his penis against the Victim’s face and tried to make the Victim hold his penis,” the affidavit states. “The Victim touched the Defendant’s penis, and her mother walked in the bedroom.”
According to Ms. Santos, the assailant admitted to police he had sexual intercourse with the girl three times. “The Defendant indicated that he has inserted his finger in the Victim’s vagina three times,” the affidavit states.
Mr. Lizama faces five counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, which is the highest charge for rape on Guam, and three counts of second degree CSC.
